Terms of Service
Effective June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Tunova ("we", "us"), the API at api.tunova.ai and the dashboard at tunova.ai. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
The service
Tunova is API access that programmatically generates music using Suno models. You submit a request, we accept it as an asynchronous job, and we deliver the finished track — by polling or webhook. Most songs deliver in about 1–3 minutes, but generation times are not guaranteed.
Independent service
Tunova is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suno, Inc. "Suno" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the service works with.
Accounts and API keys
Accounts are created through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret; anything done with your key counts as done by you. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard and email [email protected].
Tokens and billing
The service is prepaid. Tokens are a unit of usage — they are not money, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. You are billed on success only: a failed render is refunded to your ledger automatically. Tokens never expire, and your balance is a hard spend cap. Details in Billing & Refunds.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse the service or try to disrupt it.
- Don't resell raw API access without a prior written agreement with us.
- Don't generate content that is illegal or infringes anyone's rights.
- Respect the rate limits the API returns (429 + Retry-After).
Rights in generated music
Renders are produced on paid Suno plans. Any commercial-use rights in generated audio flow from Suno's terms, not from us — we add no license of our own to outputs and make no warranties about their intellectual-property status. If your use case depends on specific rights, read Suno's terms before you build on the output.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may change these terms. We'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund unused purchased tokens — see Billing & Refunds.
