Billing & Refunds

The core promise, in writing: you are billed on success only. You pay for songs that actually render — nothing else.

How settlement works

When you submit a job, the tokens for it are held from your balance (1 song = 10 tokens, lyrics = 2 tokens). If the render succeeds, the hold becomes a charge. If it fails, the hold is refunded to your ledger automatically — it shows up as a refund line on the same statement, with no ticket and no waiting. Your balance is a hard spend cap: you can never be charged past what you've prepaid.

Tokens never expire

Purchased tokens stay on your balance until you use them. There is no monthly plan and no use-it-or-lose-it window.

Crypto top-ups

Top-ups are paid in crypto through OxaPay and are final once confirmed on-chain, with three exceptions where we will refund:

• a duplicate payment,
• a provable service failure on our side,
• termination of your account by us without cause.

In any of these cases, email [email protected] within 30 days of the payment and we'll make it right.

Free signup tokens

The 50 tokens you get on signup are for trying the service. They have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable.

Price changes

If package prices change, tokens you already purchased are unaffected — they keep working exactly as bought.
